So I ordered the cheaper Italian version through Amazon. As feared, came in a cardboard envelope so came dented in one corner and the insert holding the booklet, cards etc is cheaply made so that got squashed as well. So back it goes, just a warning for anyone else considering it as there's no way this is worth £45 let alone £60.

Bummer that's happened. Was there a gift wrap option at check out?

Go on their live chat and tell them. Don't ask for a return or a refund, just say it arrived damaged. They'll usually immediately place a free replacement order for you. If they ask you to end the original back, which 99% of the time they don't, make a fuss over having to pay for the international return shipping if they can't give you a free return qr code, and normally they let you keep it. Hopefully you'll have better luck the 2nd time

I took your advice though their chat option is now an AI bot which didn't help. However I asked them to call me and the customer service team offered me a full refund and told me to keep the item. So a good result of some sort. Thank you for the advice I will bear this in mind in the future!

Mine arrived with no damage to the slipbox, but the folder of extras has a slight crease along its spine. So be cautious when removing everything from the slipcase. Also, the steelbook is not separately shrink-wrapped, in case anyone was thinking of selling it off and slotting in one of the previous steels. Overall, I'm really pleased with the edition, though the price is too high for what it is.
