the blue line is just a piece of cardboard slip cover that you can remove.

I'm sure 99% that all releases are identical with each other...the only thing varies are the slip cover for each countries. Paramount is not going to pay extra to make different run of steelbook.

Yesasia isn't carrying it for some reason. It is available from jsdvd but it's out of stock (sorry, confused this one for the Taiwan one). The artwork is going to be the same around the world though (minus the partial slip, if it even has one).
