It's quite simple,English isn't the only language in the world,so it is easier and cheaper to make a titleless steelbook for outside of America/Canada with language specific J cards.
The UK suffers because it is part of Europe,which is ridiculous considering they invented the English language lol.

Annoying though it is,especially for British people,its a good business model for Marvel/Disney etc.

I wish Zavvi would change the ridiculous SOLD OUT part of their webpage for steelbooks that aren't even available for ordering "yet". Surely it cannot be that difficult to have "NOT AVAILABLE FOR ORDER YET" instead of sold out..
