Looks like HMV is getting a Cars 2 Steelbook.

Movies incl reg ABC, Mind that this is the scand release. UK one might have logos printed I might have a copy or 2 for trade..

it also came with one of those factory looking indents like hangover ect had but it might only be the 1 i have, if anyone elses has it then please post.

It's a shame about the back artwork but I still think this one looks okay. I'm not pleased with the empty disc slot though, why can't they put the DVD straight in instead of having to redeem it.

somebody needs a word with the people at disney UK and give them a rod up there a**e this looks awfull really so many negatives border looks silly on the front, printed logos, printed back text suppose does have nice inside art though and also the redemable dvd thing is silly.

I wasn't a fan of the first film, but the HK release is a million times better than this. This is the main reason I hate pre-ordering films.

I knew it would be a turd. What do you expect for 15 notes. I received my Best Buy Metal case and I have to say I really like it. Solid as the proverbial rock and embossed.

I would say play.com exclusives, as they are being released as stickerbooks, with ratings logos printed on the steelbooks and no inside art. That's just my opinion though

Gotta love those Tripple Play and Double Play movies too. Maybe its just stay away from all UK exlusives?

I guess the U.S. and U.K. tie for steelbook downer country of the year. U.K. because of all the printed logos and Tripple Play and Double Play banners, and the U.S. because of all the G1 steels and the worst quality one to date(Jurassic Park).

Funny thing is, I have been going to bed earlier now. I am not as crazy as I was last year. At least I think I am not.

im in the minority, i like it.
ok its not embossed/debossed (but very few uk releases are)
and yes it has printed logos (as a good deal of uk releases do, so expected)
and it has text printed on the back (again, the majority of uk steels do)

but lets be fair to it, it was CHEAP! (most steels now are starting at the £19.99 mark)
nice inside artwork too.
im yet to see pix of the other releases, but for £14.99 this is a steal for me.
if it were G1, or a stickerbook... then yeah tear it to pieces.
