T&C nothing OTT just so everyone is on the same page

1) I have allocated copies in the order that people reserved them

3) I'm happy to try and get more than one copy per member, but if you want additional copies these will be allocated after everyone on the list has been assisted and after anyone who hasn't be able to secure a copy and wants one sourced in-store .

4)*Important* For online copies payment is requested as soon as I know the steelbook is on it's way to me. (If I need to source any in store on Monday I will need payment over the weekend

5) Payment is by Paypal (gift preferred)

6) Note for International Ninjas (i.e. non-UK) I will only ship using Royal Mail International Signed For service - it does cost a little more, but it protects both parties and provides some degree of tracking as well - indicative costs c£12 to USA/Canada; c£14 South East Asia; c£8.50 to EU (includes cost of box and bubble wrap)

7) If shipping multiple steelbooks packing costs may be slightly higher as I may need to source a larger box (I only keep single steelbook size to hand)

8) If shipping multiple steelbooks worth more than £46 I will also take out insurance in case of loss or damage.

Just to add that I spoke to an HMV cs rep today, who said that they currently have "plenty" of stock in the shipping warehouse. He also mentioned that he'd heard something about "some steelbook collecting thing that's started up"

If everyone can bear with me for another 24 hours or so.

I have attempted to order some online today, but don't want to confirm they are secure until I get the shipped notice -some are definitely on their way, others are showing as 'awaiting stock allocation' and I fear we may lose these.

Once the above is confirmed I'll update the thread and those people who I have secured the steelbook for online can pay (I'll send Paypal details by PM). You guys get lucky as you'll get it at the cheaper price

The remainder we'll keep an eye on HMV online for the next couple of days - if nothing shows, I'll be off to the store on Monday first thing in the morning Will ask these Ninjas to pay over the weekend as per original post.

Thanks for your kind words - always happy to help, this one just got a bit bigger than I expected!!

Just so everyone knows, the group buy host can leave negative feedback for people that don't come through with their commitments.

If you asked for a copy from Ant and didn't withdraw in time, part of the condition of the group buy is that you make good on that commitment to buy.
