Anyone from the UK or Ireland ever order from the B&N website, was just wondering how the service was?

A late comment, but hopefully still a bit relevant. I've made several purchases at B&N from their 50% off Criterion sales. Their default shipping option to Europe is slow; usually a month, give or take a few days. For me, that's perfectly fine, as I'm practically never in a hurry to receive my purchases.

Their customer service is good, as one would expect from a major on-line retailer (only needed to contact them once - they sent a completely wrong item).
