The Dead Island Riptide Zombie Bait Edition is now confirmed and available for pre-order.

The Collector’s Edition comes in a fancy box and contains the following:

• - Steelbook
• - 2x DLC with alternate Character Skin & Pack of Weapon MODs
• - bloody, hand-painted zombie bikini torso made from synthetic resin (weight 2.5 kg (~ 5.5 lbs), height 33 cm (~12.99 inch))

The Edition is exclusively sold in the UK, Austria, Germany and Switzerland.

I have not played on the first one. I am not that good at being a pair of hands although I have got better since Far Cry 3.

However the ONLY problem I have with the statue is WHY NOT a male version?.

No legs head and arms so A Mankini on a fit fella then you could choose at witch to order because I would MUCH rather have a willy on show than a pair of silicone boobs.

Even up the playing field and make it appeal to us lady's as well .

OHH how about a Velcro version that comes in a pack .

YOU can then choose what bits and what size that go on it .

I recon we are all in the WRONG line of work and need to be employed making these things as WE know what gamers want .

Even so they could have been made to look more realistic and not out of a chicken fillet .

Yes it will more than likely play on a US xbox, so no worries. I have Tekken tag 2, nfs shift 2. both from other countries and they work. Oh also RE6

Supposedly this german retailer above is offering a PS3 and PC version as well even though Amazon.co.uk is only offering an xbox version

I believe there won't be any logo branding on the box and game may not even come in the box but seperate

Both are just my opinion though

Also don't remember if gamesonly ships internationally, probably only within europe

Yes and no

If you want to get all variants of the statue then it will be hard to get them all but if you're ok with just getting one I don't think it will be that hard

The US will not get one, game released yesterday here and they would most certainly advertise it if they were planning on it

Flags go something like this:

UK stores should get UK bikini flags
Aussie Stores should get Aussie Flags
French stores should get French flags
Austrian stores should get American Flags????
Not sure on the other countries but they are all pictured with American Flags

Chances are the slovakia and netherlands store are getting theirs from the Austrian batch

What I'm saying is that after the controversy about the bust (pun intended) the article made it sound like very few of the countries that had listed it for pre order will actually get it.

To be perfectly honest, that IGN article is just made up of quotes from the publisher

I've never heard a publisher say "hey, we're making this thing by the bucket load, feel free to wait until it drops in price to pick it up. There's sure to be leftovers"

Look at the Halo 4 LE that was touted as being "limited" and selling out and all that, they made over 600,000 copies of that particular CE

That being said this one will be far more limited imo but every listed retailer is going to get it and the fact that it hasn't sold out on any of the british sites especially amazon UK is a bad sign for it becoming truly rare

It is probably not going to sell out due to gamers and collectors being afraid of losing their girlfriends, boyfriends or spouses if this is ever to see daylight in their possession
