Would have to be Evil. With power always comes great responsibility but as a bad guy, you always get henchmen to do all your dirty work and strike fear into everyone.

If I was the Godfather I would only use my powers for good, there is enough bad as there is, first off I would get rid of corrupt politicians and leaders, they will leave on their own accord or will be made to leave. After that we can make a government that serves the people and helps the unfortunate, no more ridiculous rules, only ones we can understand, or there will be more cleaning up going on.
