Mine just arrived. It has like a little bump under the front cover, like something is trapped. Not the only Universal I have like that either, but it is worse than the others. On the whole it is pretty nice imo although that front side is really really dark. like I still think the excuse about glossing it is bullshit, but like couldn't not they have made it slightly ******* lighter?

I hate those folds too, and even worse when they're on the front rather than the back. I'd definitely complain about that bump on the front as well... you've nothing to lose and may get a free replacement or discount from it.

They're probably holding back stock so they have replacements to send out....
