For me was the same with the series they've done so far on Disney. Loki was brilliant but for every season we got of Loki we got at least 1 dud Marvel show... at least.
Wandavision was good.
Ms Marvel was bad.
Moon Knight was good.
She Hulk was bad.
Etc.
Nothing really touched Loki though for my money.

Looks like one of their proper concept artists work to me
Apart from the missing finger @K1SK1S pointed out, they just have that instant AI style look to them… can’t quite describe it myself, but it stands out a mile to me as they look “unnatural”, almost like uncanny valley or something.
I collect their books. All the artists have different styles and they have a whole department for this and concept art. They don’t use AI

It’s only fairly recently they’ve started doing it, and of course they’re not going to admit to it. Wish I could give you a better explanation tbh. I’ve no experience with using AI myself, but can (mostly) spot it a mile off. It’s typical Di$ney at the end of the day… if they can find ways to save/make more money, then they’re certainly gonna take advantage of it
