Thanks, that's what I thought. Finally a steelbook for both movies that look good.
And Zavvi exclusive means it will be limited to 2000 units, right?
Not neccesarily, there is a chance this could be a 4000 print run. It usually says Ultra limited print run when it's 2,000. I'm guessing this will be the standard 4,000 or maybe even higher.

And I'd like to think that they listened to my suggestion that they include postcards! I really wish that little booklet is a pack of postcards/artcards!
It looks exactly like the 2 page booklet that came with the Amaray release. I think this will be the same.

I'd rather have separate steels for both films, but I'll still definitely be getting this... it looks/sounds awesome!

"Matte with spot varnish on title and main image. The bullet holes will be debossed" - sounds similar to the UK Lawless steel, which is ok with me. :D

With Zavvi around I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised if they release the stand alone versions as well at some point

ok, this may sound stupid, but wouldn't it have been a good idea to put Death Proof's artwork upside down on the rear and the title upside down on the spine?

That way if people prefer the Death Proof movie, you can flip it over and it would make Death Proof the front side of the steel... I don't know, seemed obvious to me

I've got the excellent German steelbook which has the lossless audio. This may very well (and more than likely) be the already available standard UK disc, which is just Dolby Digital 5.1

Good news though for people that missed out on the German steelbook

I already have German steel, which is amazing and suits the movie very well. I'd buy each movie separately in extended editions , though
