As promised, here are the pictures of the packaging by JSDVD. Please feel free to add these pics to the OP so that everyone can have a look before buying from them.

I find their packaging totally bulletproof. As you can see in the first picture, the box arrived in a completely bashed and torn condition:

They used 3 layers of bubble wrap on the outside that absorbed the impacts of the outside world:

Inside those 3 outer layers of bubble, each individual steelbook was wrapped in 3-4 layers of bubble on each side:

Cancellations: Send an email to [email protected], including the number of the order you wish to cancel. He'll get back to you as soon as he can.

Replacements: are issued if in stock, if not a refund will be offered.
Refunds: They are normally processed within a few days.

After you pay the this item, we will deliver your order. ^ ^

The products_id=XXXXX is where they put a new order ID for your shipping charge. Make sure to copy the EXACT URL and go through the payment process as before. Good luck!

Glad you are sorted, Earthscope.

In future I still recommend checking your order status via 'My Account' because I never received any e-mails from JSDVD regarding the status of my order or informing me they were awaiting shipping payment.

The only e-mail I received was the initial acknowledgment of my order.

Well, it took 2 1/2 weeks, but I finally received my shipping invoice from JSDVD.....I didn't realize they were this slow.

I received my SALT steelbook from JSDVD this morning.

From Taiwan to my doorstep in 6 days. Very well packaged in box with LOTS of bubble wrap and they marked as gift and wrote a low value on as requested.

Highly impressive!!!!

I made my first order at jsdvd in november...snow white and the huntsman...order status is cancelled since november 7th...but they didn't refund me since then! I send a mail to [email protected] - no answer, contacted them over their web form - no answer. Now I contacted TWE, the company who send me the payment confirmation, to see if they can help me to get my money back.
Anyone else had problems like that? What else can I do?

Doesn't its more risky to use std mail in Malaysia ?
You have paid so much for the Steelbook, does it make sense for you to risk your package for that amount you saved?
I often think of this as well, but I would not want to take the risk.

Work on one steel 250g (ish). If you're just ordering one steel JSDVD and YesAsia will be similar, but if you're ordering more than one, always go with JSDVD

I don't think this is funny. I find this works fine for me.
They packed your titles and then you decide which shipping mode you want.
Normal or EMS hence you pay later.

Each retailer have their own operation procedure, this is theirs.

I ordered something in stocks in the morning and paid.
They send me packaging invoice in the evening and I paid the same night.
Package out the next day, what's wrong ?

Thay are upgrading their server recently and maybe due to Chinese New Year, their order surge to quite high.
I'm having the same problem, but it should work fine now.
