All my 3 editions have been shipped in the meantime.....via FedEx?!?? I wonder if I have to pay customs and admin fees x3, because even though they have all been shipped on the same day, they are all in separate shipments

Zavvi will reimburse you in that case but since they have finally learned to register their parcels correctly with IOSS, there should be no customs charge at all.

So this weekend I got a new response from Zavvi about my order. It's a really long email that talks about how they moved warehouses in August and basically how that has delayed some orders but that they are working on the problem. IDK what to think of that. I really want this CE so I'm not going to cancel but who knows when I'll get it at this point.

The impression I got from that 2nd email they sent me is that they don't 100% what they have right now because of the warehouse move. I absolutely loved my Fifth Element CE so I don't want to give up on this one.

yeh got those from before with discount, would have picked up a solo steelbook as well if possible, o well.
Can't believe they blocking 10% off for the CE's now, it was working before? isn't now it seems.

Glad I didn't send my damaged one back now, they'd probably have run out of replacements by the time they processed my return. I've ordered a 2nd one and hopefully it'll be in better condition and I can just get a refund on the damaged one
