Not recently, but used a bit in the past a few times and never had any issues. One of the only places in Germany that will ship to US.
I did receive 1 item damaged, but they did replace. It was a very large and Heavy box set. Psycho Legacy collection. They replaced with no issues.

It's a really nice set with the Directors Cut's on DVD.
