I totally missed this announcement given the Novamedia fiasco, but thankfully was checking Kimchidvd today just in case. Missed out on the full, but grabbed a lenticular. Which is pretty much where I was yesterday, but this time I actually completed an order. :)

Still not sure why this one is so popular given that its a catalog title, I guess the love for Amelie and Perfume and Infernal Affairs just isn't very high. Those films are too obscure I guess. Does feel good to "succeed" on something today.

Yesterday managed to order the Lenticular

I was not willing to order both considering the steelbook is the same in both
Forgot about this with the mess we had with novamedia so Full Slip I would have missed either way

I may keep Lenticular sealed be my first one to do so.

Surprised only Full Slip was 49 copies left over from local store or can we expect to see it go live again after Promotion price for 3 days ends

If they plan to do the same with future releases sell half in a local store only I hope they tell us before future releases go live so we know the correct print run for international customers

I hope they sell them all in the local store in the future and keep the print run a secret so as not to cause problems or upset people.

Checked this morning during the Nova breakdown, nothing was in stock. Of course here I am 2.5 hours later and apparently I missed this announcement. Luck is not on my side lately...

I give you my real response to that as its not possible due to the language that would be in it :p

You could've got both the full slip and lenti for retail and passed. And later picked-up the 1/4 slip for the trifecta! You're living proof it's easy to get them outside of Korea.

Couldn't have been easier.

I never buy anything from ebay private sellers on principles there not a registered business and don't pay tax
I on rare occasions will buy from likes of Zavvi-outlet and entertainment store as there official companies and are a registered business

I cant print what I think of private sellers here in full detail and not the place to do so

I wanted the Full Slip but was sold out and was left with no choice but to order the Lenticular instead of the Full Slip Yesterday

I could have today order the Full Slip Today but that would have meant buying 2 versions with the same steelbook and as you pay up front there is not an option to change your order to a different one
That was caused only by not been told in advance of the correct print run before it went live yesterday
I never ever buy 2 versions a full slip and Lenticular of any same steelbook release unless its a different artwork on a steelbook itself and also from a different company

I have never sold any of my collection ever and been collecting films since the early 80's and will never ever be seen selling on ebay ever

If others wish to sell on ebay that's their choice and right but its not something I approve off for various reasons especially as I was in the retail business for years
