Interesting to learn that this was even up for pre-order since it wasn't listed at the top of every page in red (I like that new feature). The possible artwork, 2D only and Zavvi price trend are turning me off this edition. Blufans for me too. I'll pay an extra $10 for something more exclusive and what I expect to be a better product.

I very much doubt this Is sold out. Zavvi are probably having a stock check and will be back up in the next few days, little mermaid and jungle book both sold out in a matter of days and was back up shortly after and theyre both still up now.

This could also be taken off the site because they may be posting more complete artwork and a description, which the latter wasn't even there before.

I wonder why Zavvi have made this "Out Of Stock"? Surely it hasn't sold out already? I was able to place my pre-order when it first appeared. Have they mentioned when it'll be back up again?

Well of course that would look better than the image posted.

The question is...

Are all the folks in charge of the decision smart enough to know this?

I hope so.

I mean this is Disney, look at past Zavvi Disney steelbooks, they looked all nice and embossed and shiny.

Regardless if this is available again, or if the art changes, it is an easy pass for me as I am waiting for the final artwork on the Blufans version

I'm sure the image Zavvi are displaying is just a placeholder. Of course that doesn't mean that the Steelbook won't end up looking something like that, but hopefully it will end up looking a lot better.
