I can guarantee you that will be a sticker. No lenticular slip is made with a logo. Even the Australian ones (which are the worse about putting rating logos on their slips) do not have them,

Thinking about it you are right G:Box, I have never seen one either. They would have to make the FSK logo 3D too to match!

Unless its embossed, Frankenweenie's title is embossed and the background is lenticular.
