I think between all the Canadian releases and some German ones im close to 20 pre orders.

Since I live pretty close to 3 retailers (BB, FS, HMV), I'm not pre-ordering any Canadian releases. I'll just pick them from the B&M when they are released.

I have 0. All the FS Steelbooks and Ironpacks I rather go to the store and buy it than order it online. I have yet to order the German ones but might do it later in the week if I can budget them in.
