This link from Universal Studios seems to indicate this Best Buy steelbook is the only special edition without the extended version of the film.

Same thing happened with the German Steelbook for Paul, no Extended Cut

the SB version doesn't specify and there is no j-card info, methinks it could go either way

Especially as I doubt universal would make two separate blu-rays, they don't even region lock them
