Sorry @paulboland was routing for you to get a copy, hopefully if they list cancellations you will be successful then, fingers crossed.
And failing that, there are still several one-click packages for around US$300 on eBay, not a huge markup from the $220 one-click group buy fee (there are singles listed as well). Those who can't accept going without these can still get them, and for not a whole lot more.

I was only interested in getting the Full Slip A

I only pay retail price with shipping and is why I will never use the NOVA GB or use ebay for these type of releases
That is why I order all my Nova releases direct with Novamedia

It's different when it's GB like HDzeta or Manta because they are shipped direct and the price difference then is only about £10.00 extra which is reasonable

Nova got this all wrong with the one clicks taking up most of the stock and having most of then taken up with various GB as most customers would only wanted 1 version be it a Full Slip or a Lenti version not all 3 of them

Been Star Wars the print run was to low to start with but even if they had no choice on it been 2,000 they should have not went with 1,200 units tied up in a one-click when majority of customers would have been trying to order just 1 version a full slip or lenti

They should of had just the 3 versions as individual versions and no GB with any web forums more copies for a customer to try for it would still sell out fast but having more units to try for which would have reduced the checkout issues which would still happen because of their setup but be not as bad as it was

Yesterday madness was caused by very little full slips units actually available lot of customers adding full slip version to the cart and not enough units to cover that and this meant checkout was made extremely difficult to work

Nova had to many unites allocated to Group Buys and way to many units tied to a one-click

I could have just tried only for a lenti yesterday and might have managed it if that was the version I only attempted to get but I only wanted the Full Slip A

If Nova offered Direct Shipping for a GB I would use that  simply because the extra cost is very little and it would make a huge difference

But even then with a release like Star Wars the demand was always going to be way more than the supply so they made it very difficult for customers to order direct which is not good to get happy customers using their on-line website so any GB does not help in that regard

I know the GB it helps HDN members who want to avoid the hassle of their website but it causes problems for lot's of customers who want to order direct and save money and you be surprised as to how many would not even know abut the various GB on different web forums

Captain America Civil War is next even though it's not announced yet that will be mad if Nova don't sort out the website setup

CA Civil War ... i'm fairly sure it will take me 1 hour 45mins to get a copy after constant refreshing.

Buying a steelbook from Nova is like playing a RPG now ... non-stop back and forth trying to get to the next stage.

Paul just so you know manta labs and HDzeta are fine going down the Direct shipping route as they already have facilities in place that can handle the extra logistics ....

But Nova ....they will never ever ever ever go direct shipping for any group buy at least not in our life time simply because they do not want the extra work to sort it out ...that is a fact.

also you know its a Nova Choice and not a Nova Exclusive dont you?

NC is always a lower number than a NE.

Maybe all Disney would sign off on was 2k other wise i am sure Nova would have done it as 5k Nova Exclusive with WEA.

Do you know what really bothers me. Novas lack of communication ... they could easily chime in on facebook or this message board and shut us all up with an explanation, but they genuinely cant be arsed.

The problem is nova's servers have always been like this, it's been that way since Drive. As much as we complain about it which we have every right to do the majority of the titles still sell out so are they really going to upgrade the servers if the titles keep selling out anyway.

I'm convinced Novamedia is perfectly happy that their releases cause so much chaos. In fact, it's probably their MO. It's free publicity 101. It just boggles my mind that there are no US retailers doing premium steels like these. Best we can do is Best Buy? Boring as f**K steelbooks with WWA.

I own every Novamedia Exclusive and Choice release since Captain America with no doubts that there was an element of luck involved at ordering time! Trying to order this release was my worst experience since Kimchi Thor:TDW. After 45mins of getting constantly kicked back to "cart" I actually gave up! Maybe I'm losing my patience and it's time to get out of the collecting game...

Thanks

I know it was Nova Choice

The main problem that caused the checkout issues yesterday was 1,200 units of the 2,000 print run was taken up with the One-Click leaving very little stock for individual orders of a Full Slip or a Lenti on their own to order
Various GB with different web forums also took a lot of this left over units leaving a crazy small amount of stock left for customers to order direct

Lot of customers adding to cart either Full Slip A or B or a Lenti on its own and the amount cart entries was way beyond what was available causing the website major problems to get to payment section on the website

For this release there should have been no one-click at all with a print run of only 2,000

All 2,000 should have been available to order individually as either Full Slip A or B or the Lenti
The website would still have issues because they lack the proper setup to handle high internet traffic but the checkout issues would have been less bad and still involved luck

Other releases One Click can be ok as long as it not the majority of the stock but this was a crazy idea for Star Wars having 1,200 in a one click it meant only one outcome not enough units available to order individual version and causing major issues getting to checkout
