Yep, when i preordered mine they said it was £16.99 also, but its not officially confirmed yet.

To be honest most the attempts on the empire pages are quite poor. Only 3 or 4 good ones. My favourite is the one at the end of page 3 and now the designer has changed it and added electro in and the goblin. (Just needs to remove the tiny goblin and it's perfect) IMO
