Yep, I am new around here so don't know how it normally works, but as frustrating as it is for potential buyers I am sure the organiser is as miffed as everyone else.
nah, it's just because it's an incredibly popular film
, and a retailer (blufans) with a long record of high quality products 
- which you also cannot buy direct as they do not sell from their website, so you can only buy via GBs. 
and also that there are way more collectors now than there used to be, but the same number of editions.

So for transparency sake …Well good thing they did it this way and it went off without a hitch
I work in the gas/energy sector , 7 days a month (split up) I have to work a total of 7 night shifts. So if I’m announcing sometime between 1-4 it’s actually just me guessing when I might wake up. 2nd time only I’ve done it this way.
It kinda works , but not when I over sleep and then am approaching the time deadline because now everyone was spamming the site w refreshes. Had I done this at say 2:37 and not 3:55 it may have been very different. Granted PayPal have also never done this in the past. Just with Aniv last gb and this one. So maybe new protection stuff on PayPal end.
So yeah I didn’t do it as great as I’d like and I would not have woke up so late but our family dog is like 14 yrs old and he’s nearing end of life so he woke me up earlier to let him out (or he’ll pee in house) so it jacked up my sleep and then I passed out.

I figured it was because it was at the end of the time range. As far as PayPal goes, yes, something has changed there.
Recently they have been constantly sending me text messages with codes to enter on their site when I'm trying to make purchases as verification. Sometimes twice for the same purchase.
No need to explain in the scheme of things it’s only a steelbook. Hope your dog is ok and their comfort is far more important
