A further disappointing artwork from Disney. Are they fires the best designer?

The inlayartwork looks miles better then the front.

Further, on "Finding Nemo" and a "bugs life", they use the theatrical poster as cover artwork, so this steelbook would not match to the others.

Why they use for the steelbooks such boring/bad artworks?

This artworks would look much better:

The Amaray design, glossed and embossed would be special indeed

If he were just popping in off the side, that would be cool. But wtf is half the front not actually being art or having anything to do with the movie?

Absolutely. I understand that they only could use approved cover artwork.

But I dont understand why they dont use the ugliest cover they have.

Why they dont make a poll, that we collectors could vote for the artwork we like?

Hmm, Zavvi could have been onto a winner with this one if they'd been able to push for decent artwork. That just looks a bit rubbish

HDzeta release a lovely HTTYD package. Zavvi pick it up and we see the first printed back in absolutely ages.

Blufans release a lovely (albeit matte) Wall-E package. Zavvi pick it up and they get the worst front art imaginable.

Coincidence? Are UK releases being purposely nerfed so the Asian counterparts can retain their value?

I don't think it looks bad, but when there's a superior version out there it always make the lesser one look worse. It should still sell, though
