Did they remove the Box option ? it was removed from the OP and don't see any info regarding the Box ? :cautious:

The box is always planned. If you look at Kimchidvd's message below, he mentions the box for the second disc.

For the Disc of the Film <Wind River>

Disc 1. (1/4 Silp only) : Running Time :107 mins, Cannes Film Festival Version (International Version)

Disc 2. (included in the Fullslip, Lenticular and Premium Boxset with Disc 1) : Running Time : 112 mins, Sundance Film Festival Premier Version

I just realized that the images for the 2-disc full slip and lenticular show a single disc tray within the SteelBook rather than the dual-disc one shown in the image for the special box. I hope the second disc isn't loose.

I thought that it was mentioned that this would be same type of Pre-order as Manchester By The Sea and Miss Sloane.
That it will go on pre-order for a specific period and then Print Run will be adjusted depending as to how many they sell.

Did that Change ? Or was it wrong info ? o_O

You're right, it was mentioned earlier in this thread. But the topic didn't come up again. Feels like La La Land all over again
If it were a timed pre-order, I would welcome it very much.

Yes I like this timed pre-order thing, only drawback is that if you get a damaged copy, might be harder to get a replacement.

I am really happy that they include both cuts of the movie. Does anyone know the main differences between the cuts?
The Blu Collection is usually doing great job, but the amount of effort they have put into this package is amazing!

Me too. That would be awful. Dual-disc tray, PLEASE, hope it's not too late!

Just received confirmation from The Blu that all 2-disc editions will have a duel-disc tray.

Phew! Thanks!

I found the ending a bit questionable, in terms of morals and vigilantism.

The ending was perfect.

You know what's the worst type of ending?

When the hero gets upper hand over the bad guy during the final fight and spares his life... and then the bad guy obviously makes one more attempt at hero's life, thus causing his own death or FORCING the hero to kill him. Cheap, overused and completely unnecessary way of establishing moral high ground of the main hero, showing the kill as a pure self defense, regardless of the whole previous story / conflict between them. This mandatory absolution is frequently nullifying any depth and nuance from the story and / or the protagonist.
