yes i contacted ES today aswell and got the exact same email, it looks like this is a big issue for them and customers,,
will have to be patient and see what the outcome is..

I'm willing to wait. If anything I feel sorry for ES, since it seems to be WB's fault... good to know ES have already contacted them about the issue anyway. I'm sure they'll be just as frustrated as we are... It's Jack Reacher all over again!

Received mine today; Thankfully scratch free (Chancing this, but yet to receive a damaged steel I've brought- Up to about 80 now so got a fairly decent lucky streak going!)
As for the movie itself- Enjoyed it at the cinema (maybe more down to the fact I had low expectations when I went to see it and wasn't hard to exceed them...)
Will be watching this tonight!!

Mine arrived today - it does have a fine scratch in the middle of the case but it only runs about halfway across. Its not too bad in most lights so i'm personally not too concerned about mine

I've been asked to send mine back. Want to make sure the replacement is on its way first though (not that this steel is a sell out risk).
