We're excited to announce our upcoming Steelbook project featuring artwork by the very talented illustrator, Karl Fitzgerald. We believe many collectors have seen his artwork online such as "Blade Runner", "Kill Bill" and others. We've always admired his work and style and we are very happy to work with him on our next project.
For our latest project, Karl has created an "American Psycho" Steelbook illustration paying homage to the original book cover. We're truly impressed by how he's captured the essence of the film in his unique way.

I've tried emailing to request a refund 4 times now to KoSM... has anyone actually been able to get a refund successfully? Guess i'll have to just go via credit card company at this point

I'd suggest joining his fb group, which is now free. He's been posting regular updates on there. Apparently 75% of way through issuing all manta refunds, which has paused for a while due to a paypal issue.

I reached out to Kosm about a order of mine through facebook. I was waiting forever so i contacted him there. I got a reply that my order was cancelled without any email or confirmation. I found that very odd. So i asked him to give me some confirmation or email and when i could recieve the payment back. I never got a response but the next day suddently had my money back.

Very strange experience overall. Definitely wont order there again. I suggest contacting Kosm through facebook is your best shot

I emailed twice and got a refund...
No communication from them though which I thought was poor.
An unfortunate turn of events which has put me off ordering from them again...

He had a kickstarter/ fund me page recently to help feed his wife and kids but it seems no one gave him a dime because he never gave out any perks…. Like a guaranteed refund on a cancelled order

Just a quick update and word of warning, since I know not everyone visits the General Chat section of the forums so maybe won't have seen the current situation he's left many of us in.

Member @Kosm still owes people a refund for their cancelled Mantalab editions, which he announced through his private FB group back on April 24. Since then there's been radio silence from Matt and he simply ignores all queries.

I warn everyone not to do business with him, regardless of how desperate you are for a particular edition (as I was). And certainly don't fund any of his fund me "projects" or new webstore that he keeps pushing.
