Received a message yesterday offering me 10% off. So I told them it wasn't enough and I wanted a replacement instead. Now got another message today saying a replacement has been sent out immediately. They didn't mention anything about me sending mine back or about a returns label.

I think both this and Cinderella live up to the quality of Aladdin. I cant believe both of these are still in stock. It might be because so many customers have left from buying steels from zavvi that is causing it to stay in stock. IMO once they go out of stock people are all of a sudden going to be chasing them.

I'm surprised too...especially considering all the apparent replacements for the spine slashes. With the replacements alone, this and Cinderella should be depleted in no time.

Received my two Bambi Steels today and guess what. Both are spine slashed. Moreover one Brave steel arrived completely damaged and one Cinderella also spine slashed.

Really though, man. I really do feel for you on that. I have been sweating it over here waiting for Bambi, Cinderella and Brave to arrive after seeing all these instances of spine slashing.
Cinderella and Bambi literally just arrived and both are mint even though the end of the Bambi box was completely missing.

Spine slash here smh. I almost made a clean getaway with Cinder and Brave being mint. Sent Zavvi a message requesting a replacement.

I already got my reply back and to no surprise they wanted to give me £4 in credit. Emailed them back saying "No" and a replacement will be just fine. Comes back with a slash or dent...expecting a full refund. Might cancel all my pre orders in the process.

I'll probably just stick with kimchi exclusives and possibly blufans only.

Please let us know how you get on with that, KazuyaGon. I'm two for two so far in terms of spine slashes and am losing the will the live, slightly.

I turned to eBay yesterday and spotted that some enterprising seller was selling one at £30 and advertising it as NO SPINE SLASH. That made me smile.
Anyone on here end up with a non-slashed copy that they want to offload at cost?

Well, after I insist with Zavvi through Facebook, they told me they would give me a 15% refund. I refused it and said I would prefer a replacement copy. (Have talked to them about this one and Cinderella. Unfortunately I got both with spine slashes)
After a while, and probably with an attempt to diminish costs for them, they offered me a 25% refund each Stell.
Since I don't want to loose any more time with this, it was a good offer and didn't want to get the risk to receive another damaged copy, I accepted the 25% refund each

So far i've been super lucky and all my steelbooks have arrived to me in Australia without dents, scratches or spine slashes since i started collecting from the beginning of the Disney collection. I say this while knocking on wood, throwing salt over my shoulder and simultaneously praying to multiple Gods of course.

Though my copy of Cinderella is taking a bit longer than Bambi and Brave did so I'm just the tiniest bit worried :/
