What's the reasoning behind it happening with this film? Is it also banned over there?

IT is banned but with BR2049 they lost 400 copies due to damaged steels. Like most times it always seems that the steels are the last part of the package to arrive so they had all the slips and such printed and ready. No need to waste them when there is obviously a market for empty slip packages.

All stuffs arrived,we will satrt the shipping at 18-19th.
Since many members want this release,we decide to resell the slipbox,folder,booklet,postcards for who miss the GB.
