(By the way, @AlienKing - it looks like that Iconic Toys Matrix "The Savior" figure was just pie-in-the-sky. That company has not been heard from since that announcement).

The answer is: maybe.
Going by their first two (exclusive line up) releases, it's a 50/50 thing. Man of Steel was unlocked, whereas The Revenant is Region A locked.
It depends on the studio. We'll only know in a few weeks when there's official word from Manta Lab.

Quite a few Fox titles are locked though. Warner is almost 100% region free.

GB will be announced when price is fixed and some edition info/numbers is announced. No point running "unofficial" GB's with empty promises We have tried that before and it leads to more confusion on both sides e.g. Star Wars.

Also great ideas for slips and all those have been previously put on the table but it all comes down to what is approved by the studio. So lets wait and watch
