Opened mine up today and the steelbook has several dents. The side where the steelbook opens on the back case is dented at both the top and bottom corners. There's also a few on the front. Has anyone had to deal with Manta Lab about a damaged steelbook? This is my first time, so I'm wondering whether they are responsive.

I had to do it with Blade Runner. They responded in a couple of days and sent a replacement with my next order without requiring me to send back the damaged one.

KOSM has never fulfilled my orders for Godzilla FS and Aquaman 2 DL-A and does not respond to messages. Forced to open a Paypal complaint which he also does not respond to. Never again

FS is really nice and so is the OC box with lots of spot gloss and intricate bossing

Man I’m so happy I didn’t go for the DL in the end. I didn’t think much of this mock up at all but the full slip has turned out absolutely incredible and steel is gorgeous in hand. That deep red!

Honestly I love the images on the DL-A. Front and back. And I kinda wish that was the steelbook art instead but that FS really does it for me and steel turned out better than I anticipated
