Fair play to Bruce Willis. That's 2 classics he's trashed "Day of the Jackal" and now "Death Wish".What classic do you think he's trash next to make it 3 in a row?

I haven’t actually seen this one yet but I’ve heard it’s not as bad as you might thInk. I will give it a go!

I did see it. Very very poor. Charles Bronson he's not.......... There is for want of a better word a brutality and rawness in the original which is totally lacking here. The original especially one sequence is a deeply unpleasant watch which is what it should be. There is simply nothing here to make you think the way the original does.

Ah fair enough! I don’t expect it to be a patch on the original but I will give it a go anyway. I quite like a few of Eli Roth’s movies, I’m guessing this has a more Hollywood style though rather than being gritty and realistic.

I havent seen the original, but this was...okay...at best. Certainly not a must.
Thanks mate, still not got round to seeing this. I will check it out as some point but I’m in no rush as it doesn’t sound like a must see!
Maybe not worth day 1 pricing, but its worth a watch. Definitely Bruce's best performance in a very long time and Eli Roth with tension/thriller like movies suits him very well as he can lean on that intensity from horror films he's used to making.

I quite enjoyed Knock Knock, it was a different style for Eli Roth but I thought he did the suspense well. It sounds like he has done the same here. Thanks Wreck!:)

I enjoyed Knock Knock quite a lot. But i dont think this matched the thrill. But i do agree with Wreck's comment on Bruce's performance.
