It's 4,000 steelbooks lol the total slip figures are inclusive of the OC allocation. I.e 1250 DL is 800 for OC, 450 for individual sale.

Scalpers can buy. But frankly, artwork is lame and who really would buy it if not for resale purpose?

It depends who you ask lol I'd say yes, other's would say no. Lets say semi premium. Very nice fullslips, with booklets, cards and wwa steels. Think older, slimmer, FAC WWA releases, but honestly smlife slips are usually nicer than old FAC slips imo.
