A while. To put it into context direct orders for flash were in hand last week, GB orders have yet to be billed for shipping.

Depends, on a few things, ie how busy he is, how quick people pay shipping, if there are delays on Manta side, if its hub or direct shipment etc
Can be days after release you'll be billed or when there were delays(while back) it was months after direct shipping (as far as I know the delays are no longer as big an issue - my last two were billed and shipped fairly snappy from recollection)

Plus what Samdavis advised - not sure if this title is next GB due to ship or if there was another between Flash and this (that can slow things if there are).

So give it a few days to a few weeks maybe, and you'll either be updated or get the shipping invoice/shipped tracking details.
One thing with GB's is they will never be as quickly shipped as going direct (but definitely have positives to securing a copy with GB)

Nice lenti and interior art. That outside stamping of the title debossed is lazy asf though. Don't like it when they do that.
