This week's "teaser" image :scat: :oohyeah:

Quoted from Vin:

"One from the set this week F7...

You could hear a pin drop...

P.s. Going over the scene... Fine-tuning... the quiet before the storm."

That time again :D

When brother Dwayne steps into the Hobbs role... you can't tell where he ends, or the character begins. Our third consecutive chapter in the saga, and the short hand we've established makes the film that much better each time.

P.s. Proud of Our whole Fast team.

HELL YEAH!!! THE ROCK baby! Bring it! :scat:

Thanks X for the pic!

Btw this was his tag for the image

"'I didn't bring the cavalry,'" Johnson wrote with the image, "'I AM the cavalry' ~ #HobbsTheBeast On set. 4am. High on dirty thoughts & adrenaline as I wait for my director and partner in crime, James Wan (standing deep in the background) to yell 'ACTION'. #FastAndFurious7 #SilverbackOfTheLaw #ThisIsHowIWalkIntoMyBedroom"

*UPDATE!!!*

‘Fast and Furious 6′ Blu-ray Reveals First Scene From ‘Fast and Furious 7′ :scat:

http://www.movies.com/movie-news/fast-and-furious-7-scene/14251

It’s no spoiler to say the end of 2013′s Fast and Furious 6 sets up 2014′s Fast and Furious 7 in a major way. The end credits tag introduces a brand new villain and ties the franchise back into its awesome black sheep entry, The Fast and Furious: Tokyo Drift. We won’t see exactly how this new villain and setting plays out until director James Wan releases the sequel on July 11, but the soon-to-be-released Blu-ray for the sixth film does feature a full scene from the seventh. Read about it below, but beware of major spoilers for the previous films.

Movies.com got their hands on an early copy of the Blu-ray, out December 10, and revealed the scene that’s on the disc is the whole gang at Han’s funeral.

Even though you can watch Fast & Furious 6 on On Demand right now, the film doesn't hit Blu-ray and DVD shelves until December 10, 2013. And when it does, fans can expect to find an entire scene from Fast & Furious 7 on the disc. It's not hidden or anything, either. It's right there on the main menu, just waiting for you to press play.

If you can't wait until December 10, though, we can tell you exactly what is in this scene. Part of it is an extension of things already seen in FF6, but it does introduce something that's potentially big news for FF7, so we want to throw up a big spoiler warning right now.

The below contains potential spoilers for Fast & Furious 7. It's nothing the studio doesn't want you to know, but consider yourself warned.

The scene in question is the gang at Han's funeral. So, if you were hoping that his death at the end of Fast & Furious 6 (which, in a surprise twist, was actually from Tokyo Drift) was a misdirect, it looks like you're out of luck. He's dead for real, and it's hit the gang hard. There aren't any tears shed (they're all too manly for that), but Vin Diesel does croak out "You were always my brother, Han. He put you in this grave, so now I'll do the same to him."

But Han's death isn't the big takeaway from the scene. We already knew he was dead. The bombshell comes when Ludacris says, "First Han, now Hobbs is laid up, of all people." So at some point between FF6 and FF7, something serious happened to Hobbs to put him in the hospital. Considering new director James Wan has been tweeting about filming with the Rock, and the latter has been showing pictures from the set, it's not like the accident will be offscreen. We're betting that whatever happens to put Hobbs out of commission happens very early on during FF7, probably during the film's opening action scene.

That's basically it for the sneak peak on the FF6 Blu-ray, and if you ask us, it's actually kind of awesome that the first footage released from Fast & Furious 7 isn't car related at all. We love that this series is becoming so character and story based. And yes, we mean that sincerely. The action keeps getting bigger and better, but at this point we're surprisingly invested in seeing what happens to Dominic Toretto and his gang of do-good bandit car thieves. And yes, we realize how silly that sounds, but that's why we love this franchise. They make the silly work. They make it work real good.

We also have to tip our hat to Universal and the masterful way the producers there are turning this into their own big, expansive Marvel-type universe with intersecting storylines and distinct personalities. They used the mid-credits of FF6 to not only kill one of their characters, but to introduce Jason Statham as the villain for FF7. And now they're using the Blu-ray for 6 to set up Statham as a force of nature. He doesn't appear in the clip (though you do see a mysterious car watching the funeral), but just knowing that he's responsible for laying up the guy who leapt off of a speeding car like a damned superhero in the last film certainly seals the deal that the stakes and the action are going to be even more hard-core this time around. Marvel has the benefit of having decades worth of comics material to draw from, so it can vaguely tease someone like Thanos and everyone knows to lose their minds for what he's capable of. Universal doesn't have that history here, so it is making its own, and the studio is doing a helluva job so far.
