From IMDB
The Los Angeles Times talked to Dan Aykroyd about Ghostbusters 3 that is in development at Columbia Pictures. Here are several excerpts:

Aykroyd said Sigourney Weaver is on board now, as are the original squad of ectoplasmic specialists -- Aykroyd, Bill Murray, Harold Ramis and Ernie Hudson.

"We could be in production by winter."

Aykroyd said he wishes Ivan Reitman would return to direct the third film in the series but that he's "too busy as a mega-producer" to take it on; his second choice is Ramis, who, of course, co-wrote the first two "Ghostbusters" films with Aykroyd and has numerous directing credits, most notably "Groundhog Day" and "Analyze This."

The details of story are still in play, but Aykroyd said he's hoping for a five-member "new generation" team with several female members. "I'd like it to be a passing-of-the-torch movie. Let's revisit the old characters briefly and happily and have them there as family but let's pass it on to a new generation."

Haha yeah, Idris' reaction only made it better too. Never seen any Flight of the Conchords, but maybe it's time I give it a chance then if it uses similar humour. :D

Not sure what film that is mate, but I can't think of any film she's been in where I didn't like her character... she's just too funny and likeable. She was good in The Martian, but there wasn't really any real need for her IMO... she was underused.

It's not usually something I confess to anyone to be honest lol. Haven't watched it in a long time... and I only really used to watch it if it was on TV back in the day and I had nothing better to do. Still kind of excited about the show returning to TV though. :p

The humour in Bridesmaids didn't really do anything for me either. Wiig was practically the only thing I liked about it... oh, and Chris O'Dowd! :)

The chocolate on Easter comment was gold

Flight of the conchords is amazing. You have to see it. It's all about jermaine and Murray. It's Too good with some great songs.
Few famous directors have done some of the episodes like Michel gondry

It's called welcome to me. I only found out about it recently. It sounds interesting and she's meant to be really good in it.
I still remember the first time I see her in knocked up.
Yeah I've liked her in everything so far.
I can imagine she's not used enough in the Martian. Still really need to see that (but I'm not buying the steel with no title unless I see it for £5!)

Chris O'dowd was good in it and I really liked John Hamm too (especially at the start in the sex scene "no, I wana go faster" lol)
I do love a crude comedy though that's done well like borat, this is the end, observe and report and eastbound & down kind of thing.

I'm pretty sure the director will be out in full force soon calling all of us sexist for not liking the trailer. He already came at us about the casting last year.
That's because most people were being sexist towards his cast.

Can't wait for this movie. I'm sure it'll be better than Ghostbusters 2 for a start.

Their is a difference between sexism and not liking the cast/Movie.The movie looked bad and he couldn't handle it.He mentioned zero sexist comments as an example.

That there is but I saw many more comments online that were sexist than inoffensive complaints. Paul Feig was right to defend his cast.

There definitely is that side of it and that the trailer in my opinion sucks (n)

even Melissa McCarthy stated that she wasn't a fan of the trailer lol.

It didn't impress me to be honest. the international trailer was better and i did genuinley laugh at the Kevin the receptionist video

I don't think the marketing in general has been that good for this movie. Certainly not compared to Jurassic World's anyway.

I got the second one and it's pretty cool as its kinda see through on slimer and they are underneath, I think a lot of people are going to hate this for the sake of it, I was kinda against it at first but I would like to see it, I think it's interesting they didn't go down the young skinny route for the women and Chris looks funny as the secretary, I love Slimer so hope he's in it a good bit.
