This is NOT MY LISTING and I don't know anything about it.
I cannot find a valid store selling them.
The UPC that they are listing does not jive with iron man 2.

Siratfus, since there were some problems in your accessing the other thread in the Ironpack/Metal Pak, I have moved your question back to the Steelbook forum.

Siratfus-I'll try to answer the questions you have:

a.) There are generally 3 "types" of Metal Packaging. Steelbook(this forum) generally are the most desirable due to quality and history within the community. Ironpack has gained popularity. Metal Pak unfortunately generally are considered to be of lesser quality, and the spine is more of a "hinge" (like Iron Man 2). But which you prefer is of course, your prerogative.

b.) Which Iron Man 2 steelbook out there has the more "usual" spine with the plastic thingy.

You can purchase either of the German Steelbooks (either the standalone Iron Man 2 -Media Markt Exclusive-will need to be purchased through a German member as they don't ship, or the Iron Man 1 and 2 Steelbook-available via Amazon.de).

c.) Will target understand I bought for the steel case and not the movie? Will they accept a return after the shrink-wrapped have been opened?

Target should take your return. See their return policy here http://www.target.com/gp/css/returns/homepage.html/ref=nav_footer_return

Hope this helps! If you have other questions, please ask here, since you had trouble/accessing the Iron Man 2 Target Metal Pak thread in the Ironpack/Metal Pack forum on this site.

Not to change the topic on this thread, but where is the ironpack / metalpack section? I see a few links (including the one up top for the giveaway) and they all say "duckydan, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons"

Also, in response to the thread... Target likely will not take it back due to piracy. Their policy on media is once it is opened then the media is non-returnable and can only be exchanged for the same item. Since this was a limited item I'm not really sure what they will do... I guess possibly exchange it for an Iron Man 2 amaray with a cash difference but it's kind of a gray area.

I had to return one of these to Target on release day due to a broken disc holder hinge and they would only exchange for another since it was open. The metalpack is still available thru Target's website so I think you're stuck with it. Personally, I really like the case since I'm a sucker for lenticular covers anyway and its just another variant on collectible packaging to me..I'd keep it and go on the hunt for a steelbook version.

THEN AGAIN AP. YOU NEVER KNOW THERE ARE SO MANY CRAZY COLLECTORS OUT THERE IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN LOL

He should of took $1500 when he was offered months ago. I will give him $40 for it.

Now if he had number 30,000 to go along with it, it would be something.

Relisted at half the original starting bid of the first auction! I remember when this guy first posted on another forum and revealed he had serial #1. He later advised he had an offer of $1500 and was balking at it. EEK!
