Got this today after winning an eBay auction and it seems I may have been lucky enough to get a copy without the spine defect - I'll know for sure when I take off the shrinkwrap this evening!

Villa, on JSDVD, you pay at the time you order. If you did not, you will have to check your account for the order status. They only email you for shipping payment.

Had a question to ask though .. What's JSDVD's policy for lost or damaged steels ? Do they issue refunds or send out replacements ?

How well do they package the steelbook....is it like Kimchi so I can assume they will reach undamaged to the US?

Yes they pack it very well, just like Kimchi. So it should make it the US just find as i have several orders with them and has been perfect every time. Truthfully one of favorite retailers for steelbooks.
