I ordered all 3 versions of The Wrestler and they charged me $19,- us dollars for shipping.

So it ain't a flat shipping rate, but stacks depending on quantity.

By the way, I live in Holland (next to Deutschland)

Of course, If you order 1 blu-ray, the shipping rate is indeed $ 10,- us dollars.
