I'd hate to see a sequel, no matter who'd direct it. But, for the sake of wanting to win this steelbook....i'd say i wouldn't be entirely opposed to a scenario where Mathilda ends up under Tony's wing and has an opportunity to become an assassin herself. Maybe Tony would get clipped, and she'd use those skills to get to whomever is responsible for Tony's death.

2) I would have Mathilda be a hitman (woman) herself but not working with or under Leon. They would, however, be close friends. What Leon doesn't know is that Mathilda has been breaking his "rule". He is tasked with finding this killer and throughout the course of the movie he finds out the truth. He is then forced to make a tough decision...

Oh my goooooooooodness. I've wanted this so bad for so long, just can't come to spend what they're asking on eBay.

If The story of Mathilda continues it would have to be a "day in the life" story. No crazy out of whack assassin plot that destroys the original film.

2) Would have a movie where they get hired to take out s crime lord whose got dirty cops on pay roll. But the mission turns out to be a trap and they must fight their way out (sort of like The Raid but with tricks of the trade associated with hit men).

You need Portman to be a grown "cleaner" and working on her own. Kind of like a female The Killer. And you find out Gary Oldman has a partner/boss that becomes the target.

For me if a sequel was to be made, it would be interesting to call it Mathilda and have her grown up nd faced in a similar situation to that of Leon.

Perhaps where a young boy where she is staying is in a bad situation and seeks refuge. She goes on the road with him to protect him.
