A vast majority of the HMV in-store staffs have got no clue about how hmv online works. They still haven't brought back refund policy which is applicable only when the item is damaged or defective. I will simply buy in-store once it is released provided it is priced under 15 GBP.

Hmmm, this would be a tricky one to pick up, as my nearest HMV is a 30-45 min bus ride to Bluewater (They do still have a HMV right?). Then again, I should really get into Die Hard more before even considering this.

That's were I'm gonna get mine and yeah Bluewater has a HMV, but generally the staff dont seem to have a clue!

Its unlikely! Especially if they are taking pre payment for the PO's, unless you want to give some spotty oik on the other end of the phone you cards details and pray he doesn't go on a spending spree

Also pre-ordered today, and was told the new policy of a £3 deposit of each pre-ordered item is now needed. I was also told that there've got the display stands with the pictures of the steelbook on in the back.

usually HMV Steelbooks are between £14.99 and £16.99 on release at the moment (unless its a 3D Steelbook)
