Pretty bad there is no downvote here. And i wish i could block you on ebay, if i'd knew your username.
I also bought from Pung. He says that he will pay return shipping in case i decide to return my order, despite it's not his fault at all.
In any case i won't leave him negative feedback. He is a very good seller.

Yes, offering a return is a good enough option. If the buyer does not accept the solution it is her/his fault. No negative feedback justified here. Moreover it is not necessary to give immediate feedback, because there is enough time to do so.
 
So I opened my lenti today.

The front of steel is okay (scratch wise)
The back has a lot of very very fine hairline scratches .
BUT
They are only visible on mine only at certain angles and only if you are really trying to find them.
Most of the time they are not visible at all.
In fact the scratches appear to be UNDER the gloss layer.
 
Got my Lenti today too, and not only does the steelbook have tons of fine scratches on the back (as expected... :rolleyes:) but my actual Lenti also has lots of blemishes/smudges/scratches etc, too... :angry: Far far away from being a nice clean Lenti. Front of the steelbook appears fine but overall very disappointed. Poor show WeET :facepalm:

Maybe I missed the explanation for this, but what was the original delay for if they've sent these out in this condition anyway?

They were damaged from manufacturer to begin with and those got replaced. Then the replacements (after being marked satisfactory from Scanavo) were scratched up during the packaging process because of the surface prepared on, or something to that effect.
 
Within 1hr of sending my email, Mark has already responded and apologized saying he'll send a new steelbook once production of the replacements is completed, along with a new Lenticular slipcase, too. So that's something positive I guess, product is totally flawed but customer service is on point thus far. Fingers crossed.
 
If the entire production looks like this Weet should send replacements to any buyer (even resellers) of the steelbook. Still expecting mine, but did not buy from weet directly.
 
So what are you going to do? Keep yours as is or get a replacement.
I bought mine from eBay.
If contacting WeEt directly can get me a replacement then I might try that.
If not then I probably won't bother with the hassle of involving galaxyestore.
 
Don't missunderstand me. But there are only two honest points here:
- WeET is the ONLY responsable to supply replacements for whoever got an edition from them
- Resellers (from HK,China or elsewhere) are in charge to supply any help. As you would expect from the store which sells you any defective product. Even with refunds, refunds of sending stuff back or even getting replacements from the source (WeET Collection).

Amazing and high quality designs, low-mid treatment and care about handling this PREMIUM RELEASE.
 
If on first sight my steelbook doesn't make me jump 2 feet off the ground in shock, I will keep it as is. I can get used to fine scratches that are not
immediately obvious. My psyche can take it. I come from a long line of my-psyche-can-take-its. :D

hope it arrives for you soon. I think minus the SteelBook issue itself, I hope they don’t make a habit of 4 editions, as it’s one full slip too many I think.

My fave is the lenti with all the characters displayed. Nova Media lenti vibes!
