For those saying they haven't seen one scratch free on page 21 moon put up pics and it looks to be scratch free. I'm still waiting for mine to come in and hope it's like that. Good luck to all who open their copies I will be as well.

My copy looked ok in warm/dim-ish light when I first opened it, but then looked a bit closer and mine is a disgrace all over the front as well, not just the back. Literally must be around 1,000 scratches on the back. When you spend close to £70 on one steel and it arrives like this it just devalues everything and makes you think why the hell am I spending so much in the first place.

The slip is perfect though (B1)
 
If I get a copy from ebay, can I get the replacement steel myself? Pung basically says he won't work with you to get replacement.

As a professional ebay seller they will have to. They sell new items and if a damage appears they have to offer you an appropiate solution.

Please don't buy one if it bothers.

Can't believe that nobody reportedly received unscratched steel. Did Weet have only one guy to package the thousands of copies that they were releasing, considering that they had traced the problem to one carpeted desk with some mistakes being done on it?

Regardless if Weet requires some form of invoice/receipt in addition to pictures of the scratches, then you wouldn't get the replacement steel unless you had bought from them, in which case that would be pung.

Negative feedback given even though not really Jay’s fault as his service usually good. He could have provided weet with my details imo

All you have to do is email pictures to WEET and they will replace the steels. As far as I knoew you need only to provide pictures. To me you are being completely unfair to Pung. Same with any of the GB hosts. Your beef is with the wrong people

Dude, why would you leave a negative feedback for him, it’s not his fault and you know that. One negative feedback is a big deal on ebay, even a neutral one.
 
Pung has been absolutely brilliant with his service. Disappointing that he has been given negative feedback regarding this, although yes it's your perogative. I just feel that things like this might make him think "sod it" and not assist like he usually does. He's sh*t hot actually.
 
Correct, I don’t fancy paying to send back to Korea. I would preferably like a replacement empty steelbook direct from weet (pung could provide my details to them, but won’t) or at least a partial refund. I’ve asked weet direct (via fb message as couldn’t find their email anywhere on their website) and gave them my order details from pung, however I’m expecting to pay nearly £60 for a nice slip over a damaged steelbook. Guess will see how weet respond to this mess

Pretty bad there is no downvote here. And i wish i could block you on ebay, if i'd knew your username.
I also bought from Pung. He says that he will pay return shipping in case i decide to return my order, despite it's not his fault at all.
In any case i won't leave him negative feedback. He is a very good seller.

Mine is still on the way and i'll try to contact WeEt at first.
