I've watched some unboxing videos, I would like to see the Borg one upclose.

That's nice to hear as I had heard some no so nice reviews of him in person, who else was at that?

I would love some deep space nine pops, particularly a quark pop, we've met Armin Shimerman, he's a cool guy

There was loads of actors: Shatner, Karl Urban, Jeri Ryan, Brent Spiner, just loads, too many to remember! I met Stewart, Urban and Shatner, all were nice to meet, even Shatner!

I spent enough but it was only as expensive as you made it.

I'd love to see a 2nd wave of Firefly characters, including Simon, River, Book and Inara.

Awesome choice, me2 I was a bit surprised that river wasn't in the first wave she's kinda the whole point, lol and I love Inara, i have the dirty kaylee pop funko, she's pretty awesome

Been loving the Supernatural pops that I have acquired so far. Though I do find it odd that the only female character is Charlie. Really hoping that they will do these two characters at some point; Ruby (Blonde girl that she possessed first) and Jo.

(I would like to get everyone more involved in this thread and in regular discussions about Funko. Please feel free to answer this question and/or ask your own questions to get the group involved.)

My Top 5 Grails:

SDCC 2010 Glow-in-the-Dark Green Lantern. This figure was actually part of the Funko Force 2.0 line that eventually became what we now know as the POP! Vinyl line. The Funko Force 2.0 is the one you see in the clear clamshell packaging. There were only a few of the Funko Force 2.0 figures released before it changed to the POP! Vinyl line.

SDCC 2010 Metallic Black Suit Batgirl - Black Suit Batgirl was another one of the handful that were released in the Funko Force 2.0 line. I would prefer to own both her and Green Lantern GITD in the Funko Force 2.0 packaging rather than the POP! Boxes. However, they're even more expensive than the POP! Versions, which cost a small fortune themselves. Hoping to find them both out of the box so I can save a ton of cash. In the end, I'll probably just custom paint my own black suit Batgirl using a normal Batgirl.

Riddler - Metallic Chase Edition

The Penguin - Metallic Chase Edition

Batgirl - Metallic Chase Edition (I would like to get both the black and yellow symbol Chases). Due to price, I'll probably just end up custom painting my own metallic Batgirl using a regular Batgirl.

It probably has, but seeing as neither of us can remember, it's probably been quite awhile. There's been quite a few new people who have been posting and participating in the Funko threads, and I thought it might be nice to get them involved and actually have some chatting go on in the chat thread [emoji12][emoji106]

The reason you see that question being asked so often and the reason I'm asking it here is simple...It's very relative to the subject matter. As with any collectible, there are always going to be pieces that are unattainable that a collector will want. If you're not a fan of the question, you don't have to answer it. But it seems kind of rude that after I ask it, put in the effort to answer it and post pics, and point out that I'm trying to get everyone involved in a discussion in the "chat" thread, that you try and dismiss it because you think it's been asked too many times or is boring or whatever.

My collection is still relatively small (less than 100) and I've resisted my completionist urges with Pops so I don't feel the need to pick up any super-rares. I'm also not worried about common chase variants. However, I have tried to concentrate on Batman more than anything else as he's always been my favourite comic book character. So, the ones I feel I am missing at the moment (and therefore the ones I feel would give me most of a buzz to pick up) are:

New 52 Bats

Earth 2 Bats

White Lantern Bats

Oddly enough, I still need to pick up Batman 01 as well. I'm sure there are plenty of other Pops I'd love to get but these three are really the ones that I'd most want.

I posted that original comment last October when I started the thread and thus since then have heard and read it many many times from different places. I am not sure when you meant I was rude and posted pictures?

Anyhoo I don't wish the thread to become an argument so lets just move on, as I said I'm sorry that you took offence.

I definitely prefer the DC Comics and Star Wars family, amongst some random Marvel and others.

Also, I've been loving many of the variants, especially the metallic ones.

Currently, the 5 "grails" I have yet to get are as follows:

#02 – “Metallic” Robin (Chase)

Good call on those particular Batman pops. Those are some of my favorite variants of his! The White Lantern version is one of my absolute favorites in the entire DC Collection!!! Although, I'm not sure why they haven't yet made an actual White Lantern POP!...? They did make him in the new DC series Mystery Minis, but I'd like a "full size". I'm actually working on making a custom for him right now.

In all reality, it hasn't been that long, it's just my impatience getting the best of me lol. That metallic blue bats is AWESOME as well!!! He's another one of the few that they made in the Funko Force 2.0 line.

A piece of advice for the 2 Chase pieces you have listed. If you do decide to pick up ANY DC Chases, make sure you get the ones in the older DC Universe (solid color boxes) boxes rather than the newer DC Super Hero (black bar at the top) boxes. There are slight differences in the paint scheme, and in my opinion, the older ones are much nicer and much more worthy of the price of admission.

So jealous that you're getting the Patina Batman soon (actually, I figured you already had it...you must be slacking, ha!) Can't wait to see your pics once you receive it.

Thanks for the tip on the different boxes. I haven't researched it enough to know that there were different versions on some of those. Any idea why DC changed the name of their collection from Universe to Heroes?

Every time I think I'm finished collecting them along comes another licence, it's brutal. Still got most of the last couple of Walking Dead waves to collect, a couple of the Big Trouble characters and the next batch of Supernatural figures as well (FBI Dean, Sam, and Leviathan Castiel).

Yeah, Funko are really going for it with releases this year too! I keep racking up pre-orders without really noticing just how many I have incoming.
