Decided to stick with my German one, looks way better in my opinion and de-bossed bullet-holes isn't enough to make me double dip, art in general is way to boring...

I have the German release too but I'll double-dip for Rose McGowan on the cover. Plus back art is cool as shite too.

agree with you. I ordered only to have this as trade item. hopefully sells out soon, and becomes high want item.

Ordered. But even with the 8% off code this is still way overpriced! Unfortunately, I can't resist buying something that is Tarantino related. :(

Ordered this and reserve dogs to finish my tarantino collection. Thanks for the 8% code BTW guys ! It helps with the poor canadian dollar :)

Normal "Collectors edition" blu-ray for this is under £10 on Amazon. This should have been £15.99. Hell you can even buy each extended film separately combined for £12 lol!

Why do you think it is going to drop to £14.99, it's two films after all and Zavvi don't exactly sell their back catalog Steels at cheap prices (during launch at least) and I think it will sell out pretty quick too.

I've been waiting patiently to get the German edition at reasonable price but never had any luck, there aren't any other editions readily available and the fact it has English writing on it will increase the sales even more.
I don't follow steelbooks from abroad and have no knowledge of the German one but I do like this and don't imagine there's a steelbook with better artwork around than this for these films.
It's good to have the two films together and a bonus for those people who missed the Amaray with the smart embossed black 3/4 length slipcover which became quite hard to find and was just the right design to cover the "busy" Amaray artwork.
As there's no mention in the listing that this is ultra limited (1,000/2,000) I have to assume that this has a print run of 4,000 + and despite the cracking artwork I'd be surprised if this sold out before release and would hope to pick it up at some point in the future for no more than GBP 14.99...
