Q) Selecting the 'Gift Wrapped Option', is it worth the extra cost?
A) As the pictures above shows, it's not perfect but an improvement to the jiffy bags.

A) You will be charged upon shipment

Q) What payment do they accept?
A) Credit Card only for international customers.

Q) Customer Services any good?
A) Yes, very quick and easy to deal with.

Cancellations: Log in >> My Account >> My Orders - follow on screen instructions

Replacements: Send an email via their website HERE, include your name, order number, name of item, catalog number and reason for return. Keep in mind that if the item is out of stock, discontinued, and is not available for exchange, your order will be cancelled and will be refunded.

Refunds: They are normally processed within a few days, same procedure as above.

As domalorite mentionned, I've got the same type of packaging and it arrived safely!
I didn't take the Gift option and didn't get any customs fees or else. :)

Gotta say I was pretty happy about this order since Narnia was advertised at ¥4,990 but paid it at ¥3,849. Dunno why but at the checkout, the price changed! :scat:

I see HMV.co.jp charges way less to what Amazon.jp does. Do they charge right away and also I see there packaging has improved. Made my first order this morning for 2 steelbooks.

They charge upon dispatch.

Is there any way to combine orders @ HMV JP???, i want to buy a copy of this but i'm not willing to incur the cost of a seperate order + shipping if i could possibly add it to my other order.

Captain you can combine your orders. There is an option to do that when you are checking out. Answered this in the Prometheus thread for you bud!!

Also make sure you add gift wrap to your order as that gives extra protection to the steel.

:D

I didn't go with that option. Could I possibly update my order or do I need to reorder again?

I have never done it without adding gift wrap, but yes you can update your order just like with amazon.jp.

Just go into your order and click the change options button and from there you can add gift wrap. ;)

I think its just the OCD in me and most steelbook collectors to add this for extra protection. And I no that amazon.jp pack their steelbooks better in a box if you use the gift wrap option, and not if you don't.

So I just automatically always do it with any steel's coming from Japan. A bit of extra protection is always a good thing!! :D
