These are excellent editions of this great doc. but the prices with shipping are too high. Maybe that's the reason why they chose Plain Archive to sell them to international customers, they're thinking that PA's appeal will help sell them.

You can just send them an e-mail and they will cancel your pre-order and refund you right away
