No, I'm not happy to accept a partial refund of 10%, especially when I read the forums and I know you have been giving other customers refunds of 50% on this release.
Considering the amount of money I spend here, I would appreciate the same at least.

I am sorry, we would not be able to offer anything higher than 25% refund on this item, otherwise we would look to provide a free return and full refund on this.
This is very rare for us to offer anything above a 20% refund for a damaged item.

Normally I would accept this but given that I know you have offered other customers 50%, I would like to know why you think you can offer me less?

You will shortly receive another email which contains instructions on how to return your goods and a copy of our returns form.
For the type of return you require we offer a free Collect Plus service.
Please return the goods to us using the Collect Plus label we have emailed to your account. The label should be attached to the outside of the parcel to ensure that the return is free of charge. (etc etc)
