No body would know if it's Region free or locked untill it's released. But from previous release, this should be region Free.

My contact confirmed this will be release by end of August 2012.
Normal amaray version will be going for S$39.90(2D), so I guess the 3D steel treatment would be S$59.90.

I am very curious as well if this is a steelbook or Viva MB. The DE version is the only 3D confirmed to be a steelbook.
