Yes, it does and a commentary track too. But you won't need the English one right (?), cos everyone watches movies how they are supposed to be watched, in the original language!! (animation being an exception)

I usually go for an English dubbed soundtrack if its available.

You can't beat a cheesy classic video dub from an awesome martial arts movie like say One armed boxer or Armour of God.
