If you love this film, and assuming by your post in this section, you most certainly pre-order the steelbook.

Why pre-ordering something that is not the full edition if you love it so much?

I had this pre-ordered but cancelled about a month ago. Had to much ordered so needed to cut down.

I want to see some pics before I commit to this one.

Zavvi need to correct its description of goods for sale
You either don't list contents or if you do it must be correct
Changes can happen as in final product may change
If you have a description of goods it must match its description when payment it taken
If also must clearly be told to customer before payment taken if the description is incorrect

Amazon have corrected there description

Zavvi need to do so before they take any payment or despatch

Some retailers avoid problems by not advertising contents in the description
If you do advertise it must be correct

Note in rep if Ireland sale of goods act and consumer protection act are very strict
Lot more so than the uk

And zavvi Steelbook
I know the change
But some customers don't know
There expecting 3 version of the film and are only getting 1 version
It's not some artwork change at last minute.

I'm still though looking forward to getting this Steelbook

Irish consumer law may be stricter, but if you import it from a UK retailer, UK consumer law applies to the purchase.

Looks great but I don't agree DVD of the Final Cut and dropping 2 cuts of the film

They should be giving us the second Blu-ray with the 2 other cuts of the film
and should have not used the DVD

When will they learn don't drop extras
2 cuts of the film to me is not just a extra but a must

And stupidly, both discs say 'disc 1' on them as they're both the first disc from their respective sets.

I think the final details of exact disc content came quite late in the day but I believe one of the mods raised this with Zavvi last week. It's very poor that they are even now describing this as containing all three cuts but it is not surprising either.

I will say that I do like the look of the steelbook and I'm interested to see if there are any widespread scratch issues. I'm very tempted to get it when the price drops and swap the contents for the 3 disc set (with a stick-on transparent CD spider to hold the soundtrack on the left inside panel)
